Leopold Frances Henry (Frank) [Male] b. 18 MAY 1858 Greensburg, Putnam, OH - d. 15 FEB 1927 Greensburg, Putnam, OH

Frank's family, L to R: daughter Elizabeth, wife Bernardina Labers,
daughter Anne, son Bernard, Frank, daughter Helena.
The significance of the farm picture is the family rift it created. Frank died in 1927 and Bens family lived on the farm with his parents. Bens mother didn't want to settle the estate with his sisters until she passed. When she died in 1930 the market crash had happened and all the money in the bank was gone. Bens sisters had him evicted off the farm just before Bertha gave birth to my dads youngest sister Mary Lou. There may be a warrant for eviction someplace I don't know. But it was sold for 30 cents on the dollar. They didnt raise enough to give each sister $3000 inheritance and so Annie took $2700. Bens family had nothing.
