Obituary:
Richard A. Bush Sr., age 78, of Norwalk, passed away Wednesday evening, August 7, 2013 at his residence.
He was born December 15, 1934 in Savanna, IL to the late Elmo and Lillian (Dyer) Bush. He served in the US Army and was actively involved in The Boy Scouts of America for 44 years with Cub Pack 234, Boy Scout Troop 208 and Boy Scout Troop 218. He was a mechanic at Clarklift in Cleveland, retiring in 2003. He received the Silver Beaver award in 1995. He was a stock car racer in Fremont and Sandusky and enjoyed watching Nascar and baseball. He enjoyed spending time with his family and coached many of his children's sports. He especially enjoyed expanding and designing his Koi pond.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Virginia "Ginny" (Griggs) Bush of Norwalk; children, Darlene Brewer, Diana (Bill) Hauler, Richard Bush Jr., Chris (Danny) Thielen, Laurie Stang and Debbie (Brian) Hoover; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Juanita (Leon) Yun; a special family member, Matt McCreedy; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Charles Bush in 2013.
Friends may call on Monday from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home. Private interment will be held at Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
Memorial contributions may be sent to Boy Scout Troop 218 or one's favorite charity.

Wedding Announcement:
Dawn Faeth and Matthew Cotterill exchanged wedding vows at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 29, 2007, at St. Nicholas Church, Frenchtown. The Rev. Maurice Hayes was the officiant during the double-ring service. A reception followed at the New Riegel American Legion.
The bride is the daughter of Anthony and Barbara Faeth of New Riegel. The bridegroom is the son of David and Geri Wooddell of McComb.
The bride, given in marriage by her parents, wore an ivory luster satin dress, embroidered with pearl and crystal beading, with sequins, a lace-up corset back, and a semi-cathedral train accented with claret additions. Her headpiece was a tiara attached with a shoulder-length veil. She carried a bouquet of poinsettias accented with baby's breath.
The attendants wore claret chiffon, sleeveless dresses, and carried bouquets of poinsettias. All the bouquets were made by the bride's mother.
Laura Grubb of Kensington was her sister's maid of honor. Bridemaids included Michelle Brian, sister of the bride, and Kristen Faeth, sister-in-law of the bride, both of New Riegel; Rachel Fruth of Fostoria, sister of the bride; and Alison Neifer of Republic and Carrie Smith of Tiffin, both cousins of the bride.
Olivia Grubb, niece and goddaughter of the bride, was the flower girl.
James Swann of Findlay served as his friend's best man. Groomsmen included Adam Faeth of New Riegel, brother of the bride; Glen Fruth of Fostoria and Matthew Grubb of Kensington, both brothers-in-law of the bride; and Jason Schimmoler and Seth Osborne, friends of the groom, both of Findlay.
The bride, a graduate of New Riegel High School and a 2007 graduate of Owens Community College, is employed as a manager at The Landing Pad in Findlay.
The bridegroom, a graduate of McComb High School, is employed by CSP in North Baltimore.
A rehearsal dinner was at the New Riegel Cafe. The couple resides at 107 High St. in McComb.
