Henrietta C. "Peggy" Wheat, 69, Olathe, KS, passed away May 8, 2001, in Olathe. A memorial service will be held in the fall. There will be an interment at the Memorial Cemetery in Appleton. WI In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to American Cancer Society, Oneida Relay For Life, 3311 S. Packerland Dr , Suite A., DePere, WI 54115. The family wishes to thank all her friends and neighbors for their love, concern, and prayers during this time Also thanks to Shawnee Mission Hospital for exceptional care. Peggy was born March 29, 1932, in Appleton, WI, to Susan M. (House) and Theodore H. Weiss. Peggy lived in Shawnee Mission, KS, since the early 1960's. In later years, she worked with Alzheimer's patients in the area She was preceded in death by her parents She is survived by two sons. Mark, of Wisconsin, and Tom, of Illinois. four grandchildren, sisters, Shirley of Tennessee, Donna. of Wisconsin. and Bernice. of Arizona, brothers, Jerald, of Arizona, Ted Jr , of Tennessee, and of Maryland. several aunts and uncles. and many nieces and nephews.

APPLETON - Funeral services for Theodore H. Weiss Sr., 63. of 410's W. Eighth St., Appleton, will be held at the Wichmann Funeral Home. Appleton. at 2 p.m. Monday. The Rev. Earl S. Henning. pastor of the Church of the Open Bible, Assembly of God, will officiate. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. Mr. Weiss died early Friday morning in Illinois. Born March 28. 1906, in Brillion, he had been employed by the CW Transport Company as a driver for 21 years. Surviving in addition to the widow, Susan, are four daughters. Mrs. Robert Wheat. Kansas; Mrs. Paul Bosch. Racine: Mrs. Harold Ysebaert, Green Bay, and Mrs. Robert Besch. New London: three sons. Gerald. Long Beach. Calif.; Theodore Jr.. Waupaca: and Allen Lee at home: his mother. Mrs. Anna Eichhorst Weiss. Appleton; two brothers. Clarence. Wimberly. Tex.. and William. Wichita, Kan.; one sister, Mrs. Alice Define. Appleton; 20 grandchildren. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday. and on Monday until time or service.

Mrs. Theodore H. Weiss (Susan M. House) 509 N. Morrison St.
Age 65, passed away unexpectedly at 2:40 a.m. on Sunday. The daughter of the late Cora and Jonas House, she was born May 19, 1910 in Oneida and had been an area resident most of her life. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Robert (Peggy) Wheat of Overland Park, Kansas, Mrs. Kenneth (Shirley) Dexter of Racine, Wis., Mrs. Harold (Donna) Ysebaert of Green Bay, and Mrs. Robert (Bernice) Besch of Lake-wood, Wis.; three sons, Jerald of Long Beach, California, Theodore Weiss, Jr. of Tennessee, and Allen of Overland Park, Kansas; three brothers, Henry House of Milwaukee, Joseph House of Pacific Grove, California, and Francis House of Oneida; six sisters, Mrs. Do-rothy Lencheke of Maplewood, Min. nesota, Mrs. Beatrice Clark of West De. Pere, Mrs. Lorraine Saint of Glenwood, California, Mrs. Betty Smet, Mrs. Millie. VerBruggen, and Mrs. Phyllis Davids, all of Green Bay. The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday from the Wichmann Funeral Home with the Rev. David Besch officiating. Inter-nment will be in Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Wich-mann Funeral Home from 6 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday and after 8 a.m. on Wednesday until the hour of the service.

Obituary:
Alden J. Froblom, age 81, of Iron River, MI, passed away on Friday, November 26, 2021. He was born on September 15, 1940, in Stambaugh, MI, the son of the late Mauritz Froblom and Esther (Segersven) Froblom Rachey. Alden attended the Iron River Schools and graduated from Iron River High School with the class of 1958. He was a US Army Veteran, serving from 1960 to 1962 as a medic. Alden married Mary (Collier) Parmentier on October 2, 1999, in Green Bay, WI. The couple cel-ebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary this year. He was employed for 38 years as a foreman and pipe fitter and welder for Gabe's Construction in Sheboygan, WI. Alden was a member of the Local 400 Steam and Pipe Fitters Union and member and past treasurer of the Iron County Engineers Club. He had been a trustee of the Iron River Township Board, a member of the Iron River Township Planning Commission, and a member of the Board of Directors for the Iron County Fair. Alden was also a member of the AMVETS Post #436 (Beachwood) and the Veterans Trust Fund. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, camping, and living on the Iron River. He also enjoyed taking his Harley motorcycle on trips and was a member and past director of the Green Bay Harley Owners group. Alden is survived by his wife, Mary; daugh-ters, Carrie (Tom) Blohowiak of Green Bay, WI and Cindy (John) McClure of Green Bay, WI; stepchildren, Natalie (Brett) Killion and Nathan (Suzi) Amore: grandchildren, Nick Wetherell and Timothy, Teagan, Cora, and Maryssa Blohowiak, Adriannc Killion; great grandson, Brian Wetherell; beloved dog, Charlie; extended family and friends. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Christine Doepker and brother, Charles "Tuna" Froblom. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment will be in Resthaven Cemetery.
