David Michael O'Neil of Delta Twp.Age 49, died peacefully with his wife, Kathy by his side at Eaton Community Hospice on June 25, 2006. Born in Lansing on April 5, 1957. Dave owned the Sony Showcase and O'Neil and Company for over 20 years. The Sony Showcase serviced Lansing with Sony products and O'Neil and Co, provided equipment to the departments of the State of Michigan and the courthouses throughout the state. Dave and Kathy started the R Club and he was very proud of his wife's success. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Anna O'Neil. He is survived by his loving wife, Kathy, and children, David and Annie, his brother Dan, his sister Shelley and many cousins, aunts and uncles. Dave enjoyed spending time at their cottage, coaching his childrens' sports teams, golf and his yearly trips with his friends to Vegas. He had a heart of gold and he would do anything for anyone. His many contributions to this community are endless. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 11:00am at St. Michael Catholic Church, 345 Edwards, Grand Ledge, MI. Visitation will be Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8pm at the Palmer Bush & Jensen Family Funeral Homes, Delta Chapel, 6020 W. Saginaw where the Vigil will be prayed at 7:00pm. Kathy requests no flowers, but memorial contributions can be made to Eaton Community Hospice, 2675 S. Cochran, Charlotte, MI, 48813 or an Educational Trust Fund has been set up at LaSalle Bank, 5507 W. Saginaw, Lansing, MI, 48917, Attn: Shannon.

AUGUST 12, 1960 - NOVEMBER 2, 2018 (AGE 58)
She made broken look beautiful and strong look invincible. She walked with the Universe on her shoulders and made it look like a pair of wings� ~ (author unknown) Tammy departed this world under a new moon on Friday, November 2 after a long battle with COPD. She was born in San Diego, California on August 12, 1960 to George �Wayne� Ricks and Lynda (Anderson) Luther. Tammy moved to Michigan in 1994 with her three children. She married Ken Fowler on June 24, 2002; and they have resided in Harbor Springs since that time. Tammy�s greatest joy came from her family (human, canine, and feline!) and her friends. She loved the beauty of nature, and every animal she ever saw; and she celebrated nature through her art, photography, and gardening. Tammy was an extraordinary cook, and showcased her talents in private catering. Her career in the Hospitality Industry focused primarily on catering and bar tending.
Tammy was preceded in death by her father; and is survived by her husband Ken, her
mother Lynda Luther (and Bill), daughters Bethany Roll (and Jim), Rachel Booth (and Stephanie), son Florencio �Tony� Beltran, grand children Sami, Ziggy, and Maddie, sister Tanya McElrath (and Ron), brothers Michael Ricks (and Kimberly), and Tony Ricks as well as many very special Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews. Tammy also leaves behind her amazing Hospice care-givers who had become her Angels on Earth.
Tammy�s family invites friends to join them in celebrating her life on Sunday, November 11th from 2-4 p.m. at the Crows Nest, 4601 N. State Rd. Harbor Springs, MI 49740 (just south of Cross Village).
Arrangements were in care of Stone Funeral Home.

Lester E. Mosteller, b. Sep 15, 1914, 56, RR 2, Rosedale, a teacher in both the Parke and Vigo County school systems for several years, died of an apparent heart attack, Wednesday, Sept 1, 1971. He suffered the attack at Lost Creek Elementary School, near Seelyville and was pronounced dead on arrival at St. Anthony Hosital. He was the son of Elmer W. & Arizona (Morlan) Mosteller of Parke CO., IN
He was a veteran of World War II; a graduate of Bridgeton High School and received his B.S. degree from Central Normal College, Danville, Ind.
He taught school at Linden, Ind; was a coach at Bell Union, Ind; and both a teacher and coach in the elementary and high school level at Bridgeton from 1949 to 1951.
He is survived by the widow, Elizabeth: two sons, Russell, a student at the University of Michigan, and Robert, a student at the University of Southern California.
Other survivors include the mother, Mrs. Arizona Mosteller, Brazil; five brothers, Chester, Brazil; James, Harmony and Raymnd, Robert, and Ernest all of RR 3 Brazil. Two sisters, Mrs. Marie Rightsell, RR1, Carbon; and Mrs. Helen Creed, RR 3, Brazil.
Funeral services were held at the Butler Funeral Home, Rockville with burial in Cedar Cemetery near Portland Mills, Parke Co., IN.

Elizabeth E. Mosteller. 93. of Kenosha, Wisconsin, died Thursday, January 13, 2011, at Sheridan Medical Complex. Born August 11, 1917, in Parke County. she was the daughter of Oliver and Rachael Berry Spencer. Her husband. Lester E. "Jack" Mosteller, preceded her in death September 1, 1971. She spent most of her life in Parke County and was a former long time resident of Rockville and Raccoon Township. She was a graduate of Bellmore High School, Central Normal College and Indiana State University. She retired in 1979 from Rockville Elementary as a sixth grade teacher and had also taught at Bridgeton. Bellmore and Mansfield. She was a member of Bridgeton United Methodist Church, the Retired Teachers of Parke and Vermillion Counties, Raccoon Township Home Economics Club and Kappa Kappa Kappa Sorority. Survivors include two sons, Russell D. Mosteller and his wife. Karen Heldmeyer of Santa Fe, New Mexico and Robert 0. Mosteller and his wife, Pamela "Pam" Conick of Winthrop Harbor, Illinois. She was preceded in death by one brother, Henry Wayne Spencer in 1972. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, January 24, at Butler Funeral Home, 218 North College Street in Rockville, with the Revs. Beth Newton Watson and Perry Mager officiating. Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, January 23 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Portland Mills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memo vials may be made in memory of Elizabeth Mosteller to Bridgeton United Methodist Church or Portland Mills Cemetery Association.
