Obituary:
PLYMOUTH: Donald W. "Shorty" Reer, Sr., age 71, resident of rural Plymouth, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 29, 2012 at the Mercy Willard Hospital.
He was born on June 9, 1941 in Milan, Ohio to Harold and Gertrude (Smith) Reer and had been a Plymouth resident for 45 years. He had attended Monroeville High School and served in the US Army Reserves in Fremont.
Shorty was a livestock dealer and hauler, as well as, a life long farmer. He was a member the former Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church in North Auburn, the New Washington Knights of Columbus, Crawford County Sr. Fair Board, a 4-H Advisor, the Monroeville American Legion, Shelby Moose Club, Shelby Owls Club, Plymouth FFA Alumni Assc., and the Buckeye Allis Club. He also was a original worker at the Oakridge Festival and was a former Auburn Township Trustee.

He is survived by his wife, Rose A. (Weidinger) Reer, whom he married on November 13, 1965; three sons, Donnie Jr. (Joyce) Reer of Shelby, Dennis (Debbie) Reer of Attica, and Daniel "Fred" (Sonja) Reer of Plymouth; five grandchildren, Mikayla, Douglas, Emily, Joseph and John Reer; his mother Gertrude Reer of Monroeville; two brothers, Jerry Reer of Bellevue, and Steve Reer of Monroeville; and a sister, Judy Bradford of Monroeville.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by an infant brother, Louis Reer.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in New Washington, Ohio on Sunday, July 1, 2012 from 2:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 AM at the Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church in North Auburn with Father Eric Culler officiating. Burial will follow at a later date in Mother of Sorrows Catholic Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Crawford County Fair Building Fund, the Plymouth FFA Alumni Assc., or to the donor's choice.

Obituary:
Earl F. Allgyre, 88, of Bloomville, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2015, at Fox Run Manor in Findlay.
He was born March 9, 1927, in Venice Township, Seneca County, to Edward and Martha (Corfman) Allgyre. He married Esther M. Dentinger April 23, 1949, in St. Stephens, and she preceded him in death May 5, 2011.
His legacy includes: three sons, Joseph (Rebecca) Allgyre, Stephen (Jan) Allgyre and Robert Allgyre, all of Attica; two daughters, Shirley (John) Kostyo of Findlay and Joyce (Donald Jr.) Reer of Shelby; 12 grandchildren, Stephen (Jessica) and Annelise Kostyo, Kimberly (Nicholas) Smith, Jessica (Derek) Childers, Christopher (Savannah) Allgyre, Jacqueline (Zachary) Smith, Jillian and Zachary Allgyre, Eric Allgyre, and Mikayla, Douglas, and Dereck Reer; three great-grandchildren, Addisson, Mason and Mila; two brothers, Richard Allgyre of Tiffin and George (Xenith) Allgyre of Fostoria; and two sisters, Sarah (Junior) Perkins of Bloomville, Mary (Ralph) Hollingsworth of Mize, Mississippi.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Wanda Enders and Dorothy Kelbley.
Earl had been employed at Tiffin General Electric and was a lifelong farmer.
He was a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, in Attica, a 1945 graduate of Bloomville High school, a World War II Army Air Force veteran and a member of Attica American Legion Post 260.
Mass of Christian burial will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 3, 2015, at St. Stephen's Chapel of Our Lady of Hope Parish on CR 6 in St. Stephens, with the Rev. Paul Fahrbach and Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. The rosary will be prayed 20 minutes before time of services. Burial will be at St. Stephen's Cemetery at a later date.
Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 3, 2015, at St. Stephen's Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, the Lupus Foundation or to the Seneca East Library.
