Burial headstone, Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Dewitt, Clinton, MI

Obituary:
Beverly Jean (Carey) Feldpausch was born to Henry and Grace (Bale) Carey in Vermontville, Michigan on December 18, 1923. Mom was the youngest child of this family and was preceded in death by 7 brothers and 2 sisters. Beverly was married to the late Louis G. Feldpausch and gave life to four children: Richard Feldpausch (Holt), Michael Feldpausch (deceased), Pamela (Reg) Smith (Eaton Rapids), and Robert Feldpausch (Charlotte). Mom loved and enjoyed her grandchildren, Randi, Anne, Michael, Justin, Rob, Jenny, and Tony. Mom was blessed with 8 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her close friend since childhood, Lila Moore of Sunfield. Mom's life was challenged with ovarian cancer in 1996 which required major surgery and chemotherapy. Her abilities to fight this disease hopefully can inspire others to believe that life can go on for many quality years. A special thanks to everyone at the Sparrow Regional Caner Center. Beverly was cared for at her daughter's home and went to Heaven on January 28, 2009 at the age of 85. The family was supported by the excellent care of the Sparrow Home Hos-pice Services. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 31, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. from the Skinner Funeral Home in Eaton Ra-pids. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Fri-day from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. For those desiring memorial gifts may be made to either the Sparrow Home Hospice Services or the American Cancer Society in memory of Beverly Jean Feldpausch.
