LIEBBE Hilda M. Liebbe, aged 74, of Greenville, died Thursday, August 12, 1993. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin E. (Bill) Liebbe; and two sisters and two broth-ers. Surviving are her daughter, Kath-leen O'Brien; two granddaughters, Jennifer and Shana O'Brien all of Greenville; four brothers, George and Rosalie DeYoung of Saranac, Ike and Arlene DeYoung of Grand Rapids, Leonard and Darlene DeYoung of Holly, Bob and Martha DeYoung of Grand Rapids; a sister-in-law, Ruth DeYoung of Grand Rapids; and sever-al nieces and nephews. The family will receive relatives and friends on Satur-day evening from 7 until 9 p.m. at the Brown-Teman Funeral Home. Funer-al Services will be held Monday, Au-gust 16, 1993 at 1:00 p.m. at Ft. Custer National Cemetery at Battle Creek. Memorial contributions in her memo-ry may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church in Greenville.

Mrs Francis McKenna, 32. of 620 Howe st., died at a local hospital Monday evening after a long illness. Born in Carson City, she had lived in Lansing for the past 15 years Besides the husband. she is survived by four daughters, Patsy. Jeanne, Joann and Karen, all at home; her father, Richard Kavanagh of Carson City: two brothers. James and Richard Kavanagh of Carson City. and four sisters, Mrs. Harold Bennett of Lansing. Mrs. John Goyt of Alma. and Mrs. Kenneth Patton and Mrs. Morrie Riker. both of Carson City. She was a member of St. Mary cathedral parish. Funeral arrangements are being, made by the Lakey funeral home and will be announced later.

Obituary:
Francis Donald McKenna, 98, was born in Hubbardston, Michigan on March 4, 1914, to Peter and Alice Rebecca Cusack McKenna. He entered eternal life on August 2, 2012. He was baptized at and attended the church of St. John the Baptist in Hubbardston. Francis was a charter member of both St. Therese Church in Lansing and the Catholic Community of St. Jude in DeWitt, Michigan. Francis worked in skilled trades as a machinist at Fisher Body for more than 46 years and was a founding member of UAW Local 602. He also farmed a good piece of land, which he loved. He was a gentle and peaceful man who was loved and respected by all. His Catholic faith and Irish heritage were a source of great joy. Francis enjoyed the fellowship of bowling, golf, games of cards, the Knights of Columbus, music, dance, song, a good Manhattan, and the company of great friends, family, neighbors, and his dog, Chadwick. He is preceded in death by his wives, Gladys Irene Kavanagh, Catherine Lillian Kavanagh and 6 brothers, William Ferris, Matthew Mark, Thomas Merle, Nicholas Royal, Peter Clare and Peter Benedict. He had eight children for whom he was a loving role model. Daughters Kathleen and Joann and granddaughter Sarah Lincolnhol Nelson preceded him in death. Six children remain; Patricia (Raymond) Lincolnhol, Jeanne (James) O'Brien, Karen (Henry) Jallos, Brian (Donna) McKenna, Kristine (David) Poulson and Kevin (Brenda) McKenna. He loved children so and had many visiting to the end. His 18 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter, will also love and remember their wonderful Irish grandfather. He is also survived by sister-in-laws Helen Kavanagh and Esther (Morrie) Riker. His many, many nieces and nephews treasure their "Uncle Fan". Visitation will be at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, Dewitt Chapel, 205 E. Washington, DeWitt, on Sunday August 5, 2012, from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm. The Rosary will be prayed at 7:00pm. The Funeral Mass will be on Monday, August 6, 2012 at 11:00am at the Catholic Community of St. Jude Church, 801 N. Bridge St. DeWitt, MI. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Contributions in Mr. McKenna's name may be made to the Special Olympics Area 8, 2901 Wabash Rd., Lansing, MI 48910, or to the Holy Cross Children's Services, Boysville Campus, 8744 Clinton-Macon Rd., Clinton, MI 49236. May the sunshine warm upon his face and may God hold him in the palm of his hand.

Obituary:
Leroy F. Stellmacher, age 91, of Seymour passed away Monday, September 16, 2013 in the family home where he was born on February 26, 1922, son of the late Charles and Katie (Beckman) Stellmacher.
He married Helen Mae Koss on September 20, 1947, she preceded him in death on June 24, 1978. They raised four children. On September 6, 1980 Leroy married Betty (Fiestadt) Gosse.
Leroy farmed and worked at Menominee Sugar, but his passion was carpentry and he worked at Seymour Lumber for many years though he really never retired. Through his talents at carpentry he made many items for use at Emmanuel Lutheran Church where he was a lifelong member and also a member of the Brotherhood. He loved John Deere tractors, restoring his pride and joy a 1944 Model B and then participated in the Annual Hamburger Day parade.
He is survived by his wife, Betty; daughter Christine Stellmacher, Kansas City, MO; Charles (Debby) Stellmacher, Seymour; Jon (Becky) Stellmacher, Appleton; Dr. Ron (Janet) Stellmacher, Appleton; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Carlton Stellmacher and sister Vera Ashman. He is further survived by Betty's children, Kathy Thomas and John (Audrey) Gosse.
He is preceded in death by his parents and one grandchild Christopher Stellmacher.
Friends may call at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Seymour on Thursday, September 19, 2013 from 9 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. with Pastor Roland Lindeman officiating. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery. Online condolences maybe expressed at www.muehlboettcher.com. Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour is assisting the family with arrangements.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established to one of Leroy's favorite charities ELCA World Hunger Good Gifts.The family would like to thank the staff at Unity Hospice for all their compassionate care.

LIMA - Berniece "Bea" A. Ellerbrock, age 90, passed away August 7, 2016, at 8:00 am, at her daughter's residence. Bea was born March 19, 1926 in McGuffey, OH, to Arthur and Ada (Dyer) Steele who preceded her in death. On April 27, 1991 she married Norbert "Nib" Ellerbrock who preceded her in death on May 28, 2003.
Bea was the co-owner/proprietor of the Dew Drop In restaurant in Lima and Cooney's Drive In restaurant at Lakeview. She was a member of the St. John's Catholic Church, the VFW #1275 and the F.O.E. #370. Bea was also a volunteer at the St.Vincent du Paul Thrift Store. She had acquired a talent for singing and playing musical instruments throughout her life.
Bea is survived by a son, Jim (Mary) Dunson of Lima, OH a daughter, Judy Lauck of Lima, OH, a stepdaughter, Colleen (Dan) Hall of Kenton, OH, a step daughter-in law, Pauline Cooney of Lima, OH, a sister in-law, Joyce Steele of Sidney, OH, 5 grandchildren; Leslie Dunson, Lisa (Martin) Zelada, Aaron (Kerry) Dunson, Todd (Maria) Lauck and Brad Lauck, 10 great grandchildren with 1 on the way, a brother in-law, Tom Ellerbrock of San Diego, CA, 3 sisters in-law; Jean Nowicki of Benton, AR, Betty Jo Ellerbrock of Milton, WV and Betty Winegardner of Harrod, OH, 2 special cousins; Jean Mann and Carol Pickford, and a special caregiver, Jackie Parker.
She was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Willis Steele and Paul "Bud" Steele, 3 sisters; Eula Faye Collins, Joann (Max) Tomasi and Ruth Bush, Stepson, Lee Cooney and a son-in-law, Gary Lauck.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 11:00 am at the CHILES-LAMAN FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES, SHAWNEE CHAPEL. Officiating the service will be Fr. David Ross. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery following the service. Friends may call at the SHAWNEE CHAPEL on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to the remodeling fund at St. Rose Catholic Church.

Harry 0. Wirick, 74, 1024 Warren Ave., Lima, Ohio, died at 1:10 p.m. Friday in Lima General Hospital following a three-month illness. He was a former resident of Kokomo. Born in Carroll County on March 27, 1897, he was the son of Charles and Flora (Personette) Wirick. He was married to Isabelle Lowring in Logansport in 1917. She preceded him in death in 1969. He was a retired employee of the Cabot Corporation. He had been a member of the Quarter Century Club and was also a member of Zion Tabernacle. Surviving is one son. Dewey Wirick, Kokomo; and two daughters, Mrs. Clifford (Imogene) Bryan, and Mrs. Norbert (Eva Marie)Ellerbrock, both of Lima; one sister, Mrs. Clara Montgomery, Rockfield, Ind.; and 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in-the Peacock Funeral Home with the Rev. E. E. Kuntzman officiating. Burial will follow in Davis Cemetery in Burnettsville. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.

Maxine L. Williams, 91, of Kalkaska, passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center – L.T.C.
She was born on July 3, 1917 in Manton to the late Charles and Ivah Elnora (Kimball) Snyder. Maxine enjoyed playing cards and bingo. She enjoyed rabbit hunting, gardening and being out in the great outdoors. Maxine had a great sense of humor and loved spending time with her family and friends.
Maxine is survived by her devoted son Stan (Ruth Anne) Snyder of Kalkaska; her loving grandchildren, David (Deborah) Snyder of Kalkaska, Lorie (Steve) Stacy of Fife Lake, Fern Snyder of FL, Amy (John) Lantzer of Kalkaska, and Charles Snyder of Kalkaska; 11 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
Preceding Maxine in death were her first husband of 32 years, Stanley A. Snyder; her second husband of 37 years, Oris E. Williams; and her son, Harold M. Snyder.
Visitation will be on Friday, January 16th from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Wolfe-O'Neill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. with Linda Bridson of the Community of Christ officiating. Burial will be at Clark Cemetery in Springfield Township in the spring. Memorials may be given to K.A.I.R., 324 S. Cedar Street, Kalkaska, MI 49646. Arrangements were made by Wolfe-O'Neill Funeral Home, our family serving yours.
