Obituary:
Ryan L. Westergard, age 49 of Midland, passed away Tuesday January 26, 2021 at his residence. The son of Gertrude J. (Pischel) and the late Charles W. Westergard, Jr. was born in Standish on March 13, 1971. He was presently employed with Alex's Railside Restaurant. Ryan enjoyed fishing, going camping, riding motorcycles and Snowmobiles, collecting guns, working on cars, playing cards, an avid Nascar Fan, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and grandkids.
Surviving is his lifelong companion, Amy Winberg; sons, Joshua Westergard, Cody Westergard, Dillon (Samantha) church; daughter, Sierra Westergard; step sons, Christopher (Jennifer) Winberg, Curtis Winberg; step daughters, Michelle Winberg, Chelsea Winberg; 15 grandchildren; mother, Gertrude Pischel; sister, Rhonda (John) Martinski. In addition to his father, Ryan was preceded in death by brothers, Robbin L. "Rob" Westergard and Randy Westergard and the mother of Joshua, Cody and Dillon, Christine M. Church.
Per the wishes of Ryan, cremation has taken place. A celebration of this life will be conducted on Saturday September 18, 2021 11:30 a.m. at Nease Memorial Church of Nazarene with Rev. Beth Hanson officiating. Family will receive guests at the church on Saturday from 10:30 until the time of service. Arrangements are under the care of Wilson MILLER Funeral Home.
