Obituary:
Keith K. Griswold, age 80 of Laingsburg passed away Sunday, March 22, 2015 at his home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Isidore Catholic Church, with Rev. Fr. Duaine H. Pamment officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Laingsburg. Family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at Watkins Brothers Funeral Home, Laingsburg Chapel. Keith was born on October 12, 1934 in Lansing, the son of Carl and Frances (Courtwright) Griswold. He was a graduate of Eastern High School in Lansing and served in the U.S. Navy. On January 24, 1959 he married Virginia Gorman in Lansing. Keith was retired as a carpenter last working for Christman Construction. He is survived by his wife Virginia of 56 years, three children; Alison (Jeff) Voorhis of Lansing, William and Robert Griswold both of Laingsburg, grandchildren; Rachel, Zachary, Christine, Kylee, Justin and Shawn and his sister Jean (Erv) Stafford of CA. He was predeceased by his son Phillip. In lieu of flowers, memorial contgributions are suggested to Sparrow Hospice.

Obituary:
Donald Gloden, 84, of Rotonda West, Fla., (Charlotte County), died Wednesday, Oct. r4, 2006, in Venice, Fla.;., He was born April 2, 1922, in Lansing, Mich., to William T. and Barbara (Theurer) Gloden. Mr. Gloden served in the U.S. Air Force and was a veteran of World War II. He retired after 42 years of service from Michigan Bell Telephone Company as a sales and marketing manager. Mr. Gloden moved to the Englewood area in 1984 from Jackson, Mich. He was an usher and member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church of Englewood, Fla., and was one of the organizers who helped start the Monday bingo program. He was past Grand Knight and member of the Knights of Columbus Father Cottrell Council 7672. Mr. Gloden is survived by his wife of 62 years, Jean M. (Gorman) Gloden of Rotonda West; three daughters, Barbara (Philip) Moran of Canton, Mich.; Susan Dragonetti of Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Cathy Fedonni of Rotonda West; two sons, Gregory (Dana) Gloden of Holland, Ohio, and Daniel (Lorena) Gloden of Saginaw, Mich.; brother, Thomas of Brooksville, Fla.; 14 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 6, 2006, at Lemon Bay Funeral Home, Englewood Chapel. The funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, 2006, at SL Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 1230 Tuttle Ave., Sarasota, FL 34293; or to the donor's charity of choice. Arrangements are by Lemon Bay Funeral Home Englewood Chapel.
